The Mission
The mission of the Slim Method is to create a unique model based on personal development and leadership frameworks to help individuals find their purpose.

Here’s a coaching example through the Slim Method:
"I had to deliver constructive feedback to a team member and it didn't go well. How can I improve?".
Some coaches could give the solution straight away to the coachee and share what they would have done. Instead, the way the coaching is delivered with the Slim Method is different:
"Thanks for sharing, it's not always easy to deliver constructive feedback. First, let's go back to the conversation you had with your team member. Could you share with me what you discussed?"
Coaching : definition & example
Coaching is becoming a very trendy concept in the business world. What exactly do we mean by coaching?
Coaching is a process between a "coachee" and a coach based on a one-on-one structured conversation during which the coachee opens up and identifies areas to improve.
In coaching, most of the time, the coachee already holds the solution to a problem but might not see it clearly. The role of the coach is to help the coachee find the right solution through the following tools:
-
active listening,
-
by asking the right questions,
-
clarifying statements,
-
breaking limiting beliefs
-
holding the coachee accountable.

Mentoring : definition & example
What is the difference between Coaching and Mentoring? While Coaching is a process in which the coachee has the solution to a problem and need a coach to identify it, Mentoring is a process in which the mentee doesn't know how to solve a problem.
That happens when the mentee has never faced a specific challenge and needs the help of someone who has already been through it.
Here’s a mentoring example through the Slim Method:
"I am a Team Lead today and I would like to become a Director".
In this case, the Mentee is facing something new and a Mentor, who was a Team Lead and became Director, can help the Mentee in this career path.

Personal Development Growth
Get to know who you really are and you will help people become who they want to be. And to get to know who you are, there is no other way but to develop your knowledge about yourself.
And to begin with, there is a simple question: who are you?
Behind your name, your title, your job, who are you deep inside? What is your purpose? Why are you here, in that city, in that company, in this role?

Leadership Frameworks
After guiding you through the understanding of who you really are and working with you on your personal development, the Slim Method will help you in discovering, embracing and practicing leadership frameworks that are used in the most successful companies today.
For example: how to hold your team accountable and drive high sustainable performance? To answer that question, the Slim Method will share a specific framework, “Accountability” by Fred Kofman in that particular case.
And we will see how to implement this framework on a day to day basis within your organization.
